Overview

The titles of all prints submitted for entry into any S4C print competitions must be pre-entered (on the specified entry form as described below) no later than the last day of the month immediately preceding the competition. The prints themselves should be brought to Rosemead on the day of the competition no later than 8:45 am.

Prints whose titles are not pre-entered as described here will not be accepted into competition. Nor will any prints that arrive later than 8:45 am on the day of the judging.

Please do not affix labels to your prints. Pre-printed labels will be waiting for you when you bring your prints to Rosemead. These are specially coded to facilitate the judging.

The purpose of pre-entry of titles is to make the entire judging process more efficient and accurate, and to relieve some of the burdens on volunteers. We appreciate all entrants' cooperation in making use of this process.

Process

There are four steps to be followed to enter prints:

  1. Download and save the entry form. Click here for details.

  2. Complete the entry form. Click here for details.

  3. Email the completed form to s4cprint@pcms-photo.org no later than the end of the last day of the month immediately preceding the competition. Click here for details.

  4. Bring (or have someone bring) your prints no later than 8:45 am on the day of the judging to the Rosemead Community Center. Click here for schedule of competitions and location of Rosemead Community Center. Prints that arrive later will not be accepted into competition.
